Kana groanded as she woke up in a strange land. She coughed and dusted her shirt off of the sand. "Where am I?" She asked to one of her fusions but to someone watching it looked as though she was talking to herself.

Donia made her way stealthily through the snow her boots making low crunching sound as she crouched behind a rock in her hand she had a large gun that looked ready to fire. She peered over the rock at a metal head plowing its way through the frozen wasteland She jumped from her hiding spot and fired the weapon killing the creature on the spot. She walked over to it and nudged its body before removing her hood and goggles and giving a small smirk.

Kana sighed deeply as she looked around the arid wasteland. "Great." She said with sarcasim to herself. "Just what I needed." She stretched before talking with no destination in mind. "Amon, where should I go?" She asked, she looked as though she was talking to herself. "Alright that way!" She said cheerful, pointing after a few seconds of silence.

Donia had returned to the city after disposing of the metal head in one of the chasms in the mountain. She walked to the palace and entered the throne room "i've finished my patrol." she said crossing her arms.

Sig leaned against the sand shark at the Oasis waiting for Jak to show up.

Kana shielded her eyes from the sun as she looked into the distance seeking shelter from the sun. "Damn, I'm thirsty." Her throat was dry and she was getting tired from walking. "I smell water!" She cried out and started to run following the sent. She ran past, knocking down someone as she started to drink from the oasis.

Jak got up and dusted himself off after being knocked over by someone "what was that?" he asked "i have no idea.." Daxter said from his shoulder

"Donia i'm holding a counsel of war you need to be there." Queen Breya said not looking up from her papers "why it has nothing to do with me not really my concern politics." Donia said with a shrug "whether you accept it or not there is royal blood in you and as my neice and one of my best fighters i want you there." Breya said sharply "fine" Donia said.

Kana sighed in relief after drinking almost the whole oasis. She got up and dusted herself off, not noticing the three strangers stareing at her. "So Amon. Where to next?" She asked to the air.
"Is that girl crazy or something?" Daxter said to Jak as Kana was having a converstaion with Amon and her other demons.

"hey kid are you lost?" Sig asked looking at the girl who now seemed to be chatting with herself.

Breya had called the counsel to order and all the representatives and commanders took their seats Donia said on the left side of Breya, "what news from the front?" the queen asked "the enemy hasn't made a move in the past week or so, and our fighters are holding up." a commander said "hasn't made a move? are you all completley blind?" a counseler named Ranulf said. "isn't it odd coincidence that metal heads have suddenly appeared after nothing from those barbarous sand dogs?" he said "metal heads have always been a hinderance." Breya said "but if i'm correct, Lady Donia but hasn't there been a larger number of metal heads roaming our land?" he asked looking at her "yes its true but..." Donia said annoyed at the title he gave her "see? it could only mean that they have struck a deal with the wastelanders." Ranulf continued

Kana jumped slightly. She turned around to see who called out of her. "Yeah...actually I am." She said quietly. 'Be careful around the blond one.' Her fire serpent warned. Kana nodded. They looked at her weird again when she nodded. 'Oh yeah. That's right, I'm the only one who can hear my demons.' She said in her head in order to keep her secret from the strangers.

"well i'd say you're lost you wandering around in the flippin desert!!" Daxter said

Breya seemed to take what Ranulf had said into thought "if you ask me i'd say we strike hard and fast." he said "well nobody asked you, We'll have to take it into consideration but we don't know for sure." Breya said standing "that is all for now." she said walking out. Donia got up and followed "I don't like him." she said "i don't trust him." she added "what could the wastelanders possible give to the metal heads for their services." she continued "I know it seems farfetched to me to but i won't discuss this any furhter." the queen said leaving Donia behind.

"Listen rat!" Kana's voice rised in anger. "I said that I am lost." Kana crossed her arms. "Who the hell are you guys anyway?"

"take it easy just ignore him." Jak said as adxter muttered something about being an ottsel "I'm Jak." he said "Sig" sig said "who are you?" he added.

Donia walked down the hall when she thought she heard ranulf's voice "it may take more time....... the queen she is hard to convince" she heard him say as she ducked behind a pillar "yes i can meet you....alright got it." he pushed the button to his communication radio and walked away "what are you up to Ranulf?" she thought as she followed silently behind.

"Kana." Kana said with a smile. She took a likeing to Jak against her demon and spirits wishes.

Sig then looked around and hopped into the sand shark "we better get to Spargas theres a sand storm coming" he said.

Donia had been following Ranulf through the tundra she kept her distance.

"Sandstorm?" Kana had distain in her voice. "I hate sandstorms. Remember them from egypt, Amon?" She muttered.

Jak gave her a curious look "Where's Egypt?" he asked "i've never heard about it." he added "are you two going to stand around chatting all day? come on lets get out of here." Sig said from the Shark.

"Eh? You're gonna let me come?" She asked suprised and curious. 'Go with them.' One of her demons said to her. She nodded.

"well yeah you can't stay out here." Sig said looking at her like she had said something crazy.

"Alright." Kana was unsure about going with them, she didn't like dealing with people. She got in the back while Jak got in the front with Sig. She and Daxter glared at eachother the whole ride there.

Hours later the sandstorm had settled and night had set as Ranulf drove through the sand unaware that he was being followed. "whats he doing in the wasteland?" Donia thought to herself as she sped her little speeder up at a safe distance. She slowed when she saw he had came to a overhanging in the rocks there two other people waited. she got of the speeder and crept up closer so she could hear.

Kana took the chance to wander off when Sig and Jak were in what looked like a metting of sorts. Kana looked in awe as she walked around the city. Not looking where she was going she accidently bumped into a pale bold man. "Sorry." She apologized with a bow and started to walk away.
"Wait young one." The man said, Kana stopped out of curosity. "You have much darkness in your soul." He said, which made Kana giggle and smile.
"Yeah, I know." She said with a gentle smile. She walked away leaving him confused.
