Lil Cafe of Nonsense

like with dorm life this is going to be a script for the comic.

'teresa!" Tori shouted running in the door of the old run down apartment " I found something great!" she added skidding to a halt nearly knocking over a table with a lamp on it.

"Hurry up and tell me before you hurt yourself." Teresa said drinking her soda.

"I found a place thats for sale!" Tori said excited "It's in bad shape but i was inspired! we should open a cafe!" she added.

"Sure." Teresa said getting up. "As long as you don't cook." She added, remembering the last time she let Tori cook dinner.

"That was a complete accident!" Tori said remembering the incident.

"Yes, an accident that made us have to move." Teresa said putting on her jacket.

"didn't like that place anyway..." Tori muttered, as she walked out leading the way to the building.

"Was better than this place." Teresa said taking the car keys, hearing Tori mutteres.

The building that stood before them was a little more than in 'bad shape' as Tori had called it, "just a little fixer upper and i think it'd be nice, we can renovate the top floor into an apartment." she said.

Teresa looked at the building then she looked at Tori who was admiring the run down condemned looking building. She signaled Tori get closer to her to hear something. Tori bented down, Teresa smacked the back of Tori's head then left to go inside to inspect the damage.

Tori rubbed her head after Teresa had hit her, but followed after her into the building.

Teresa clenched her fist, trying to keep herself from killing her friend. The floor had more than enough creaks in it and looked like someone could fall through and the east wall had a chunck missing.

"wow no wonder they want to sell this place..." tori said looking around as she went to touch a wall but teresa knowing Tori to be a bad luck magnet grabbed her arm giving her a look that said 'if you touch it the whole place might come down...'

Teresa let go of Tori's arm. "It looked better from outside." She said, going to the back. "I guess we can put the kitchen here." She said to herself.

"ok so its a big fixer upper, but we can make it work." Tori said

"Yeah, sure." Teresa sighed. "With what money?" She asked knowing that her friend hadn't thought that far ahead.

"umm the money i have saved up.." she said as she pretended to be fascinated with the old rotting windows.

"And you believe that you have enough to finance the repairs!" Teresa's yelled punching the wall, making the hole even bigger and some of the roof fell down. "Go find someone who can fix this place and we'll worry about the cost later." She said with her calm voice.

Tori managed to jump away from the falling debri "good idea." she said as she made a hasty retreat out of the building. She walked down the street a ways "man how in the world am i going to find someone to fix that mess...i mean its not like i'm going to find a master carpenter around the corner." she said sarcastically as she rounded the corner "of course i'm a master carpenter!" she suddenly heard a voice say.

Teresa decided to go to the general store and buy a broom while Tori went carpener finding.

She saw a guy with funky blue hair striking a pose "yeah yeah you did a good job fixing the leak in the basement here's your money now get off my storefront your scaring off my customers." a guy aparantley the manager said annoyed. The blue haired guy walked off equally annoyed 'haha thank you conveniences!' Tori thought as she ran after him "hey wait!" she called he turned and saw her "can i help you?" he asked "yes you said you were a master carpenter!" she said "yow yes i a, the one and only Franky!" he said with another pose "yes yes will you fix up an old dump of a building for me and my friend?" she asked "nope sorry can't help you." he said walking off "wha! why?" she asked following "you don't exactly look like you can pay for something like that." he said "Please i'm begging you! its a dream of mine to open a cafe! i want to see happy faces on my customers and become a successful business woman and the only thing standing in the way is a broken down building! please don't let my dream crumble!" she cried trying to throw the sappiest story she could come up with. Franky had tears in his eyes "to have a dream is such a beautiful thing!" he cried "no i'm not crying don't be ridiculous! of course i'll help you!" he said with a thumbs up (still crying) 'wow it actually worked.' tori thought

A cold chill went down Teresa's spine as she was checking out with the cleaning supplies. "Great, Tori was being decietful."

"wow you weren't kidding this place is a run down." Franky stated looking around the room "but you can fix it right?" Tori asked throwing on the puppy eyes "of course now i must picture this in my mind." he said studying the room like an artist studies their subject Tori kinda did a private little happy dance to herself causing her to trip on a loose floor board and crash into the wall. She now stood with her head stuck, she coughed the plaster out of her mouth "wow dusty." she said as she looked around "why are there coffins in this room....' she wondered

Teresa went back to the run down building to find a weird looking dude inside and Tori stuck in the floor. "Great. I knew it was a bad idea to leave her alone." She said to herself, wanting to smake herself and Tori.
