The Office

After about a couple hours Tori had checked her watch and told Bev they needed to finish up so she could go pick her son up from school

Beverly grinned at the word son. Tori rolled her eyes and waited for Beverly to give her the shoes.

she gave her the shoes and went with her to the check out, "sooo so so so has he asked you yet?" she asked empahsizing the word he, Tori veined "no he hasnt" she said accidentally slamming the clothes down on the counter making the clerk jump

Tori apologised to the clerk.

she paid for the clothes and her and Bev left the store, "thanks for the help" Tori said "no problem" Bev said "call me again when you go shopping" she added

Tori headed to the school to pick up her son. She knew they would have to get ice cream since she went shopping and didn't get him anything.

she got to the school and it was a miracle she didnt have to speak to a teacher about Tobi misbehaving that day, they usually had a story for her every time she came by

"Mom, what's with the bags?" Toby asked.

"I went shopping whats it look like" she said pushing his hat over his eyes "not fair you didnt get me anything?" he asked fixing his hat "relax we can get ice cream on the way home" she said with a laugh

"Yes!" He cheered.

they walked and he was telling her about school and about the prank he was going to do but stopped after Tori raised an eyebrow at him "but the important thing is, is that i didnt do anything 'bad' " he said with a grin "i guess you did good behaving" she laughed again, they got to the ice cream store

Toby started complaining about Keilha about how she always steals his hat. "Why is she doing that?" Tori asked her son. Toby got a flashback.

A short black haired girl walked up to Toby. "Hi Keilah." Toby greeted her. She often helped him with his pranks. "Guess what." she said. "Mom told me good friends are like family so guess what that means." She grinned. Toby got a bad feeling. "Um...I get a free candy bars from you?" Keilah's gin got bigger. "Nope!" She laughed and stole his hat and ran away.

"she said friends were like family!" he said like it was obvious he should get a free candy bar Tori sweat dropped that was definitely a Teresa thing to say

"Toby it means your free game for tormenting." Tori explained.

"what!?" he said "yup you are cursed for life bud" she said he groaned "this is my favorite hat! she's going to ruin it!" he said

Tori gave Toby his ice cream. They ate it on the way home.

"so what did you buy?" Tobi asked as they walked "just new clothes for work" she said "you got a job? as what?" Tobi asked "i don't know they didnt say" she said

"Watch it be some crappy job." Toby said.

"watch your language" Tori said "what? dad said you'd probably end up with one or none at all" he said Tori's eyebrow twitched

"Speaking of dad. Think he'll be home?" Toby asked.

"maybe" Tori said "we should go see if he's at the gym" Tobi said "you going to carry the bags then?" tori asked

"We can go home first." Toby said. Tori laughed.

They finally got to their apartment Tobi ran inside after Tori unlocked and opened the door, he ran to his room to put his backpack away, Tori set the bags in the living room

Tori veined at the dishes that were left on the kitchen table.

"really?!" she said to herself she went and put the dishes in the sink Tobi came back out "come on mom!" he said
