Pandora's Box

Tori sighed. She knew she was going to have to tell her eventually.

and it was unfortunate that there wasnt any holiday or birthday she couldnt just say 'surprise!'

She'll just have to face the wrath of Teresa.

which she has faced before even if it wasnt directed at her, she sweat dropped, she wondered how long it would be before teresa found out

Knowing her friend not long.

but she wouldnt be the one to tell her though that much she was determined about

Tori avoided sitting near Teresa at dinner.

Teresa noticed this and knew something was up

She didn't say anything about it though. She planned to catch Tori off guard.

they finished dinner and they were washing the dishes

Tori was hating Nami at that moment.

she was still pissed off at both tori and teresa

"Why are you trying to avoid me." Teresa asked but it didn't sound like one. She said it in a flat tone.

"avoid you? what makes you say that?" Tori asked innocently

"You avoided eye contact with me during dinner and you choose the seat the farthest away from me." Teresa said still in a flat tone.

"I'm trying to get aqquainted with our new house mates, and i dont keep eye contact with anybody remember" Tori said thinking quickly but it was probably see through

"Aqquainted with our new house mates..." Teresa said. Tori knew she wasn't buying it.

she sweat dropped and just kept doing the dishes diverting from the subject "so I've applied at a lot of places" she said

"Why are you changing the subject." Teresa asked.

"because i dont want to talk about it, im not avoiding you now so why would i avoid you back at dinner?" Tori said though she started speaking a bit faster

"You talk fast when you're nervous." Teresa stated.

"no I dont!" Tori said which was also said fast "dammit.." she muttered

"Just tell me what you did." Teresa said simply.

"you have to promise not to be mad!" Tori said pointing at her

Teresa gave her a 'you know i can't promise that' look.
