Miyoko thought she saw Izumi with Smoker. She shrugged it off. Thinking that Izumi could handle herself. She didn't see the seatone cuffs.

"oh no you dont" Smoker said pulling his arm keeping her from dragging him along "the only good i see in this is now you cant escape" he said "well theres nothing stopping me from going my own way now" Izumi said "besides its your own stupid fault." she said

(just severa minutes before the hand cuff incident)

Ace had gotten rid of Smoker after he saw him chasing his brother Luffy out of the restsaurant, Mina finally caught up with him, "i see you lost the marine" she said "yeah what happened to you back there?" he asked "baka! you left me behind!" she said

"Oh! Whitebeard pirates!" Miyoko cheered seeing Ace and Mina.

"oh really? who's your friend?" Ace asked Miyoko held up a finger "i introduced myself now introduce yourself." she said "oh my apologies, I'm Ace, this is Mina" he said pointing at Mina "i can introduce myself you know.." Mina said

"My friend didn't tell me why she's looking for Whitebeard, but that isn't something anyone does. So I'm guessing she really does know him." Miyoko giggled at thinking back. Hoshi's face was amusing when she told her the story.

Ace agreed with what Miyoko said not everyone sought out Whitebeard.

'Damn wheres Miyoko when i need her!?" Izumi thought it had been a back an forward tug of war game between her and Smoker as both of them kept trying to go opposite ways.

"yeah I can" Mina said she showed Miyoko a map to where Whitebeards ship was last, she was pretty sure he hadnt moved yet.
